Perelandrian Drift for Pierrot Ensemble February 2018. Premiered by the Hard Rain Soloist Ensemble at The Red Box Recording Studio, Belfast, this piece was selected as a finalist for the 3rd Peter Rosser Composition Award 27/03/18.

Dancing While Others Sleep for Flute, Harp & Viola September 2017. This piece was commissioned by Moving On Music and premiered by the Ficino Ensemble at the Ulster Museum, Belfast, 14/03/18 as part of the Night Music Series

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Two Baptisms in Solway Firth for Sextet (Piccolo/Flute, B. Clarinet & String Quartet) June 2017. Premiered by The Assembly Project at the St. Magnus Composer’s Festival, Orkney, Scotland 21st June 2017. Artist Russell Gilmour produced four paintings in response to this piece, one of which is shown below. This work was also awarded 1st place and the Eric de Courcy Cup for the ‘IMRO Award – Chamber Ensemble’ composition at the 122nd Feis Ceoil, March 2018. Adjudicator: Eric Sweeney.

The Great White Throne for Pierrot Ensemble October 2015. Premiered by the Hard Rain Soloist Ensemble at The Red Box Recording Studio, Belfast, this piece was selected as a finalist and awarded 3rd place in the 1st Peter Rosser Composition Award February 2016. Subsequently performed by Hard Rain at the Ulster Museum, Feb. 2017 and at Queen’s University Belfast, May 2017.
