Upcoming Performances

• Autumn 2018, involved in a project with William Cole from the Ulster Orchestra to write a new work for solo Double Bass.

• Nov 1st 2018, Anthem For Doomed Youth will be performed by the Belfast-based Cantiunculae choir (who commissioned the work) as the centrepiece of a concert commemorating the centenary of World War I, conducted by the composer.

• December 1st 2018, A Slave in the Land of Liberty for mixed choir and soloists will be performed by the C4 Composers-Conductors Choir in Manhattan, New York.

• January 8th 2019, the Ulster Orchestra perform the fourth movement of The Pearl for broadcast on Radio 3’s Hear and Now programme.

• February 2019, Five Scenes from a Retro Viewer will be premiered by the Ficino Ensemble in Dublin.

• Spring 2019, More Than Gold, written for the Capella Caeciliana choir, will be premiered, date & location tbc.

• Spring 2019, Hiraeth am Nefoedd, commissioned by guitarist Chris Roberts, will be premiered and recorded for his upcoming solo album, Adra.

• April 21st 2019, Asphyxiate, commissioned by Choir & Organ, will be premiered by the St. Salvator’s Chapel Choir at the Easter Sunday service in St. Salvator’s Chapel.

• 2019, unconfirmed choral work to receive its Russian premiere in Moscow, subject to pending concert funding.
